Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to annual subscriptions to 8K Brief and is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund of your initial annual subscription fee within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase date. Approved refunds within this window are returned to your original payment method.
2. Non-Refundable After 14 Days
After the 14-day window has passed, annual subscription fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for any unused portion of the subscription term. This applies to both initial purchases and subsequent automatic renewals.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically as described in our Terms & Conditions. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your renewal date by emailing [email protected] or using any self-service cancellation tools we provide. Renewal charges are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please include your account email and approximate purchase date. We may verify your request before processing.
5. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. Once approved, refunds are typically issued within a few business days; depending on Stripe and your bank or card issuer, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
6. Exceptions
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. If a mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides greater rights, those rights apply.
